Services

Our Shelly vacuum forming machines are able to produce full production runs and with tooling supplied we are able to work to tight deadlines. We have full in house design facilities to create 3d models and renders of parts prior to production.

Our 3m x 2m AXYZ CNC Router has a 7 option auto tool loader meaning we can carry out extensive machining without the need for manual tool changes reducing in run and set up times. We can machine almost any material up to 150mm thick. We have also invested in multiple diamond tipped cutters so acrylic parts can be machined on the CNC without the need for further finishing.

To enhance your products further we provide an on-site facility for both direct to substrate printing and vinyl application. On the Roland Direct to substrate printers we can print on almost any material up to 150mm thick.

We can print to a maximum size of 2550 x 1550mm and are able produce high quality multicolour vinyl up to 1500mm wide and infinite length using our state of the art Roland printers.

Our 2m x 1.5m laser cutting machines will engrave raster and laser cut acrylic from 0.25mm up to 15mm thick. Our lasers are water cooled for maximum efficiency. Intricate patterns and shapes can be achieved in clear, frosted or coloured acrylic.

These machines are fast, have no tooling or set-up costs and achieve a polished finished edge- requiring no further work.

To compliment these machines, we also have a smaller 1.2m x 0.9m machine. This is capable of cutting, scoring and raster engraving- but is more cost effective for smaller items and runs.

This method of bonding acrylic parts achieves a clear seamless joint where a high spec finish is required.

We have various Diamond Polishing Machines that can polish materials from 1mm to 100mm thick.

The flame polish process is also used when parts are CNC'd and assembled when a high gloss finish is required on the edges and/or safety edges are required.

We can bend materials up to 50mm thick and this process allows us to make complex components from just one sheet of material.

We have both in house roller cutter and die cutting facilities.

Using all the above techniques we design, prototype and roll out large volumes of POS displays for many of the UK’s best known brands.

We are regularly involved in creating visual displays for Harrods, Selfridges and many other leading stores. Again a combination of all the above processes help us to create a one stop solution for many companies.
