Arbol Professional Counseling, LLC

I have been practicing counseling for the past 16 years in various capacities, beginning my career as a staff therapist with a community mental health center in Montgomery County. That job prepared me to work with a diverse population with various issues—it was the perfect place to begin to develop my own philosophies and views on counseling and working in a helping profession.

Later, I worked at Penn State University as a full-time counselor specializing in working with disadvantaged low income adults and helping them access higher education. I also became a licensed professional counselor in my time there. I continued to practice with other mental health centers, as my career took me into an administrative role, overseeing business operations and supervising a small staff. And yet it remained that I loved working with and helping people.

In 2017 I decided it was time to create my own vision: Arbol Professional Counseling. That same year I also began teaching Educational Psychology at both Montgomery County Community College as an adjunct professor and at Methacton High School in Eagleville, Pennsylvania.

Arbol Professional Counseling is a local business, run by a local family. We offer a private and convenient environment that we hope you find comfortable in order for you to have a relaxing and productive appointment.
