I am 27 and I have never been in a hair salon until today. I had a wonderful experience, had my hair completely restyled and came away feeling great! If you are looking for a change of colour and style, I highly recommend Gennaro at Aqua. Changing any colour or style can be nerve wracking but you will be put at ease with the attention and care given by all the staff and owners at this salon. I can honestly say Gennaro’s hair washing was the best I’ve ever had!! I took my daughter for the first time and we were greeted by Gennaro, a very friendly and happy guy who did an amazing job cutting and blow drying my 9 year olds hair, he also blow dried my hair with an amazing finish. Amazing! I asked for what I thought was impossible and they made it happen. I had been tired of my hair colour for a while but what I wanted, I was told it would completely damage my hair and was unachievable. After a consultation, two trips later I came out of the Salon loving my hair again, not only that, its in great condition and exactly what I wanted. Popped into aqua for the first time feeling really down in the hope I could get a haircut the next day, Steph booked me in with a new customer discount, and today I walked out with a totally new style and a totally new me, I let Steph have full control and we chopped off about 12 inches to gain a full fab bob, steph has a great personality, very funny and I am looking forward to December 2nd to see what colour she comes up with to continue the new me
