My wife and I have been happy to deal with and recommend A.R.E to family and friends since first coming across them in 2015. We had need to call upon their services once again this week when our electric oven became very noisy to use. We have always found A.R.E to be a great company to deal with, offering a fast, efficient and cost effective service. The engineer has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Repairs over the years have been carried out on our dishwasher, washing machine and oven. Had a problem with our Bosch washer/dryer. Phoned ARE about 9am and the problem was diagnosed and fixed by 1pm the same day.
Excellent professional and friendly service on the phone and by the engineer who attended.
Having used other appliance repair firms in the past, it's a refreshing change to find a company that does what it says and at a reasonable cost. I would recommend this company and will use them again if I need another appliance repairing.
