I have always wanted to buy a property but my bad credit history made it difficult to get a mortgage from the bank. I did a research on how to build my credit and I came across Apple Finance.
At first I thought it was one of those brokers who will give you all the sweet talks to get you into sign a contract with them and later leave you. I gave them a call and the person who answered took his time to explain all my questions. He then gave me time to think about it and get back to them.
Apple Finance got me a good mortgage deal from one of their trusted lenders and I am now a house owner.
In a nutshell, I would say if you want to buy a property, no matter how bad your situation is just call them and their well trained team will advice you on what to do. They are very professional and they mean business.

What do you love most about your job?
I’m a mortgage broker and I am pretty sure that most of you know what this means – that I find, compare and arrange your new home or commercial loan for you. Really my job starts here.
Did you know we can also negotiate for additional discounts with most lenders these are known as exclusive rates not made public.
This could mean saving hundreds of pounds over a month.
My favourite bit is probably the value that I add through experience, both my own and through the hundreds of mortgages I write each year, each and every one of which is slightly different to the others. Having been a first home buyer,, refinanced loans, been an investor, upgraded a home, bought and sold properties, been to auctions and open homes and negotiated privately I have a wealth of my own experience to share.
I enjoy guiding you through the process, whatever it is, and remaining beside you to the end. I can gently guide as you start your mortgage process. I can detail the steps involved in obtaining your mortgage finance. I can explain as many times as you need it, how to buy your first or your second home I will keep in constant contact so you know where you stand within the mortgage process.
A huge part of my job is assessing lender criteria so we don’t apply for mortgage products that we believe you wont be approved for, which also protects your credit history. This could mean directing you towards a mortgage lender who is more inclined towards your particular employment quirk or looking at your circumstances for example adverse credit or being self employed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I can say the flexibility and freedom to do what you love doing with the people whom you love, as the number one reason for me becoming a independent mortgage broker in Wolverhampton.
However the other reason was during the financial crisis of 2008 the finance company I was working for closed down, many other businesses were closing or shrinking their work force. This was the kick up the back side I needed to start my own mortgage brokerage in Wolverhampton.
I believe we all have the ability to forge our own destinies. Although, we may experience some turbulence on our journey. Rest in the fact, nothing extraordinary to obtain, achieve, or have will come easy. While being laser focused to your cause will provide us with a happy, lucrative balanced life.
