We thought this level of Customer Care was long gone. Piers did an absolutely fabulous job, his attention to detail is commendable, he spent many hours on what was a very difficult job to begin with but the end product is stunning. Piers himself was a delightful guy to have in our home very friendly and trustworthy. Its been a pleasure to get to know him. We wouldn't consider anyone else for our decorating in the future.
