Anna made myself and my mum (95) up for my daughter's wedding on Sat 24th August. Although it was one on the hottest days of the year, the make up lasted extremely well and we both had numerous comments about how glamorous we looked. Would highly recommend! I have had only half of one eyebrow due to a scar, and although apprehensive for a long time whether to get them done I decided to go for it and have not regretted it! ! Had my eyebrows done for the fist time in December with Anna. My eyebrows were really light and could hardly be seen without filling them in. I don't have to do anything to them now as they are perfect! Anna was incredibly professional and helpful. What do you love most about your job?
I love the variation of my job. I’ve worked in TV for 15+ years on lots of different shows. I also love doing makeup for special occasions and for Brides. It so lovely to taylor a look for someone’s special event and then be part of it when I get them ready. Over the past 5 years, I have also been doing semi permanent makeup, I love the transformation I can make for people by giving them natural looking eyebrows.
What inspired you to start your own business?
From my training in fine art, I felt that Media makeup was the natural next step. I love the creativity of being a Makeup Artist and also that I meet so many interesting, inspiring people.
