I use the Pilates method of conditioning to strengthen, tone and stretch the body.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Your Pilates workouts should be done 4 to 6 days a week until you achieve your fitness goals. The same for your food management, lifestyle and work balance aspirations.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing clients get stronger and gaining control of their bodies and their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My teacher, Romana Krysanowska, said that we should do what we could to give people the exercises that they needed. I could do this more successfully if I owned my studio.
