I help you through emotional issues and encourage positive change and change old negative habits and behaviours. I will help you at ease to discuss issues that your finding difficulties with and trigger points that cause negative actions. We will look at your thoughts, feelings and behaviour to help you cope and manage better with resolving your issues and family and relationship conflicts. Anger is not a bad, negative emotion and it helps us identify when we feel upset and annoyed with things we are facing but it's how we react and respond that causes the issues to increase with negative consequences.
