What do you love most about your job?
I love working with my clients to find a positive solution to their problems.
I love helping people to help themselves and find their own power and confidence.
I love to empower people to believe in their own amazing ability to find solutions to their problems. I love to inspire people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a Journalist and had my own problem page, "Dear Karen" in regional newspapers across the U.K. amd Ireland. I wanted to create a better way of helping people to help themselves. I trained as a Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and counsellor. I had training in NLP ( Neuro Linguistic Programming) Did courses in changing our mindset and negative behaviours.

They should choose me if they really want to make positive changes in their lives. They should choose me if they want to be empowered and encouraged to find positive solutions to their own problems. They should choose me to empower them to change their own lives for the better. Making positive changes themselves with my help and guidance. Teaching them that all the answers to their every problem lies within themselves. I aim to teach them positive self esteem and confidence.
