At this morning’s Kettlebell class with Andy Cross, I performed a high side plank. I remember a few months ago, my arm would have giving way from underneath me. Keeping fit and healthy is better than getting a knee replacement, I did not think I could ever do HIIT but I can and do it has helped me in so many ways, it is a fab place to train friendly, helpful, positive, motivating great people both trainers and other members it is like one big happy family :)

I have been with total fitness since last year, went back after being their member back in 2015.The reason I went back is because of how fantastic they are. Both Andy Cross and Andy Smith are so pationate on what they do their MET exercise approach is fantastic. Every class is challenging and never the same. You feel totally worked out every time you attend their classes never a dull moment. I mainly do the morning classes Tabata (tough but enjoyable) HIIT (tough one as well) weights and kettlebells.I highly recommend trying them out you won’t be disappointed. I’ve been training with Andy Smith for just under a year. I have seen my overall strength and fitness increase markedly, while seeing a noticeable drop in body fat. Andy’s sessions are always well-planned, and flexible enough to change in order to accommodate minor injuries from playing football. The sessions are intense and often draining, but Andy is always on hand to assist and provide some much needed motivation when it seems that there isn’t much left in the fuel tank! More...

Anyone needing help getting into shape this is the man you need! I've been doing 30 min pt sessions with Gary Hobbs for 7 weeks now and have got to a total all over loss of 15 inches! It may not sound a lot but it has made me feel so much better about myself as I know the hard work I put in is paying off and I've only been able to achieve this with Gary's help! He is patient,understanding and will push you to achieve your goals he even puts up with me swearing at him ha ha! Like everyone, I have a 'more than' full time job with lots of travelling, plus a need to recover properly from a rugby injury and a desire to improve my conditioning to aid my cycling, these guys are first class! Best way to improve your fitness with a smile! I have been attending the daily morning group sessions for years now and met lovely people along the way. All the trainers are encouraging and will push you in a safe way. I will never look back or elsewhere. My fitness and general strength have improved in a big way which I would not have achieved if going to any other gyms (and I tried a few in Mk...). Total fitness offers warmth and motivation and will guide you to a better you!!! I also have PT sessions with Andy Cross (Strive4mk) and he will change your body and your approach to fitness. His advices and supports on fitness and diet have really helped me get where I wanted me. Pm me for more info! Been training with Andy for a couple of months now, I initially approached him for guidance due to a lower back injury, with his help and wealth of knowledge my injury is on the mend and I'm feeling stronger and looking leaner and got my confidence back under the bar and couldn't be happier. I started working with Andy on the 7th January. I've loved every session. I've lost a total 19cms to date and the weight is starting to come off nicely. I'm feeling 100 times better!
