What makes a great website?
Great Websites come in a multitude of ways. It really depends on what you want your site to achieve, but it must load quickly, be easy to navigate and tell you exactly where to find the information you're looking for.
Clean and jargon free which is accessible to all. You need to bear in mind that not everyone can see your page, people who are partially sighted use readers to speak the text and menus, therefore if you have cluttered or confused text, its likely that they will leave. Likewise for those people on the go. Mobiles & smartphones account for most web browsing, and therefore your site need to be adaptable when viewed on mobile devices.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
The key to a great working relationship in understanding what the client wants and needs. What is the timescale for the project? Is there a deadline? Who else is involved in the project and what is their/my remit?
What is the value of the project to you? This isn't simply how much do you want to pay, but upon completion, what value will it have to you and your business or your customers? Value isn't always financial.
What do you hope to achieve from the project? What is the goal? What is the purpose of doing it in the way you have decided to?
I like to get to know you and your business and your goals and work in a harmonious way to achieve the right outcome for you.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the be able to use my knowledge and skills to assist others. Working with a variety of people and taking inspiration from all over allows me to think differently, be creative and do an excellent job for the client.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Following redundancy in the legal profession, I spent a long time trying to decide if that was the right industry for me so I took a leap of faith in my own ability and began to do some small jobs and projects for others. The freedom from working for yourself allows me to spend quality time with my family and work at a time that suits me and fits into the lifestyle I now lead.

I am personable, hard working and efficient. I am always open to change and just at the end of the phone or video call to assist ironing out any details or to listen to your ideas. I have worked with a variety of people including Solicitors, Tattoo Artists, Barristers, Cleaners, Police Officers and Estate Owners. I treat everyone the same, but I get to understand the individual needs. You pay for my work, but you so much more by hiring me.
