About

I qualified as a counsellor in 2002, with an M A in counselling studies from Durham University, though I started with CRUSE bereavement care in 1998, counselling individuals, leading bereavement groups and working as part of the training team for new counsellors.

Q&As

Building relationships and helping people to move from a place of being stuck to a place where they can see a way out of the dilemma they are currently facing.

I like the variance and freedom of self employment. I have several different job roles and I enjoy the variety of the different roles I perform.

I am empathic, sensitive to people and situations, and easy to work with. I genuinely care about the plight that my clients find themselves in, that drives people to go and see counsellors in the first place.
