Having the opportunity to work with some truly remarkable people and being able to find that spark and unlock their true potential
What inspired you to start your own business?
One of my core beliefs is "Kaizen" which is a Japanese philosophy that focuses on continuous improvement throughout all aspects of life. When applied to the workplace, Kaizen activities can improve every function of a business, from manufacturing to marketing and from the CEO to the assembly-line workers.
I always strive for the best for myself and that of the clients I work with. My purpose is to help business owners build a business that serves their lifestyle. And I knew that I could not do that by working for someone else.
