One that has clarity. It can be as whizzy and amazingly designed as possible but if it does not work or is not clear customers, will turn away and bounce off. A great website will be all singing and all dancing, provide inspiration but will also have clarity. Clarity in design, in execution and very clear on their messaging and what they want potential customers to do when they come to their site.

Why? Why are you doing what you are doing? Why are you the best person fulfil this need in the marketplace? Once customers understand this then the how and what are easy to answer. Beyond that, I think it's important to find out details. What's your buyer persona, where is your audience located, how do they buy from you?

Questions, lots of questions. Then 1. Strategy, planning, analysis, 2. design, build and set up, 3. execution and analysis. Then rinse and repeat.

I need to know why. Why they are doing what they are doing, then what they have done so far and how they intend on achieving their business goals. And what is the problem they are trying to solve with their service and product? How many other people or businesses are trying to do the same and what puts them in a unique position to fulfil the need in their niche.

Helping people. Helping people start with nothing and building something that matters to them. The smile on their face when I have built them a sales funnel and they are calling me up telling me how many sales they have got from it.

I was tired of making rich people richer. I have worked agencies working with big clients, who, although have their place, did not care. There is not enough care and attention in business execution, which is why I think I can help people to love their website. Most businesses think its a chore to update or change their website, but as soon as I align them to a sales mentality and help them realise that its a tool, their business lives change for the better.

I am a unique hybrid of a digital technician and online marketer. I used to be a developer so entirely understand time frames of how long things take to build, but then also fully grasp how to bring an audience to it. I have experience and expertise beyond what I can write down on a lead gen profile. And beyond this my level of attention to detail, organisation and execution are unrivalled and my connections and community in the online marketing world are invaluable.
