Highly recommend this company who have worked with me over the past couple of months in ensuring I got the right mortgage deal. I was delighted with the final result and all the work and effort that was put into sourcing the right product for me. David Marshall was fantastic and took time to really explain my options and answer my never ending questions - which I'm sure required a lot of patience on his part. I had some very specific requirements and so it definitely took some effort to source the perfect mortgage deal. Aims are professional, and can sort a mortgage suitable to your needs in a timely manner. With the recent surge in applications for mortgages, I eventually gave up trying to sort a mortgage myself after 3 months! It was not only frustrating but very stressful trying to negotiate your way through the process with constant delays and products being removed in the middle of your application at short notice etc etc. As soon as I contacted Davy, he immediately determined what I needed and was able to sort the mortgage from start to finish in less than 2 weeks. Re mortgaged through them, Once details were given payslips etc and solicitor was contacted I found I was doing all the legwork and chasing up. Most emails or texts I sent after receiving texts both were ignored. Albeit this was occurring during the Covid 19 crises, however if requests were made for me to complete something to which I did I rarely received an acknowledgment.Meetings were swift and I received several requests to sign up for life insurance after stating twice that I had already sorted it.Communication was poor and after completing I then received marketing texts through the broker.I could have saved £500 and spent a few hours doing my own research.
