During the program you’ll get the whole support and weekly check-in calls with the qualified Personal Trainer via Skype. AML Fitness programs are tailored individually to you, so prior to starting you’ll fill out a questionnaire where we evaluate your current life situation in order to set a plan you can’t fail to follow! Each program has option for doing it at the gym or home. Mindset is a big part of the fitness, so I’m also helping you to get rid of whatever mental blocks that might be holding you back.
All the training programs include a complimentary 2 week ‘pre-diet’ phase, which allows you to adjust into your program increasing your self-discipline and build the routine before you start the actual program. You will get also guidance how to construct your ‘cheat days’ or ‘cheat meals’ as well as your recovery day.
