I love the staff and doctors always busy but you are never forgotten. Move fast and are very friendly. Also cheaper cost than any other vet and at least if you have an appointment you don't wait 2 hours. My dogs love going here and I board them here also never have had any issues. A litter of registered puppies became very sick. 1 sadly passed away. We were scared for the others. Of course it's saturday afternoon & our regular vet in Manchester was closed. Google search pulled up this vet. They were open for 3 more hours! I called & receptionist said they had no appointments open until Monday. She asked the situation, I explained, she put me on hold, came back on & said please come right in. When I got there, several cars in parking lot. I walked in to a very big wide open room to check in & wait . Nobody was waiting so I knew we wouldnt sit long. I was offered coffee or water to drink by friendly staff. After a couple minutes, we were taken to back. This very nice lady came in room & prepared us for the vet to come in. As soon as she finished, the male vet was right in. No waiting on a work in appointment made me very happy! He was very knowledged, asked questions to understand the situation & he gave me tips to help the litter, medication was administered & medication to go. He took his time, was very resourceful & extremely helpful! I read the comments in regards to being called sweetheart or honey. I'm from the north. I moved here a few years ago & have found that is how many talk here in the south. I was told that's the southern hospitality. It gives a welcomed feeling IMO. I would much rather be called honey than to be ignored or talked rude to. Rudeness was definitely not in this office today! What i had in tgis office was amazing staff, very friendly, helpful, proffessional & this place SAVED my furbabies! Without them, they may have all gotten worse, maybe even died like 1 had already done. I love this place! Very clean facility! My vet is retiring, so we are happy to say, we have a new veterinarian for our babies! Thank you to all of you working today! Youre amazing in my book ;) I highly recommend you to any & all! More...

We are pleased everytime we bring our little Nash here. The office is very clean and has complimentary coffee and the staff are extremely friendly. They always greet us with a smile and go the extra mile to give Nash attention and make us feel welcome when we walk in. Not to mention I always receive a text from the staff asking how Nash is doing since his last visit. It really means a lot to know they care. More...
