How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Each person has a different fitness goal. However for the large majority of people whose goal is to loose weight by burning fat, I offer a range of workout techniques that include full body workouts using a range of equipment and body weight exercises. I am qualified in pad work (a form of exercise that invloves boxing), TRX (an extremely effective way of getting into shape using a suspension rope) and I am experienced in developing specialised HIIT sessions and weight training programmes.

A consistent regime of exercise and a balanced diet
What do you love most about your job?
I have been involved in sports and exercise since a young boy so i don't see this as a job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Seeing other people achieving their goals while training with me inspired me to begin All Out Fitness.
