Our old roof had never leaked. However a piece of felt had come away in the wind. We therefore knew it needed replacing. This company said their roof would last 20years (the age of our old roof). The roof leaked within a couple of weeks (water was running down the wall). They came out and said they had reapaired it. However within weeks my son texted me to say his feet where wet. The within days the roof failed completely. We have subsequently got another firm (30 years experience who work on nhs contracts). They took photos. They said this was the worst job they have ever seen. Luckily they have put a rempoary fix on which hopefully will last till the work can be completed properly. Currently we cannot use the room but hopefully there will be no further damage. More...
