We cannot speak highly enough of Chris Jackson! He was excellent throughout the whole process, from finding the right mortgage and relevant insurances to suit (the mortgage was far cheaper than those offered by other 'independent' brokers), to ensuring all was set up ready to go with minimum of hassle to us! Not only that but he went above and beyond when our whole chain was close to collapse at the 11th hour (due to other vendors involved) and worked some magic to get the whole lot back up and running, speaking to lots of different estate agents and brokers and lenders many times to make sure all was on track. I really believe that it was down to his input alone at the end that completion and exchange for all properties throughout the chain finally went ahead at all.

He was extremely patient and informative throughout the whole process and he and his team have been great with plenty of correspondence and calls keeping us always updated. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! More...

Michelle is fabulous, I can't rate her highly enough. She made the whole remortgage process straight forward and pain free. I initially tried to arrange my own mortgage directly with a mortgage company and had a terrible experience. I turned to Michelle for help and she was quick to get things moving, found me a much better deal and her & Lauren from the support team chased things up and kept everything moving so my remortgage was completed in no time. I contacted the mortgage advice bureau for help remortgaging and borrowing extra funds. Michelle contacted me, went through my finances and went away to find me a deal. She came back with a fantastic mortgage deal, kept me informed every single step of the way, and explained everything to me when I had any questions (even replying to my emails when she was on annual leave!) She also came up with a financial plan to help me manage my finances better in the future. Absolutely thrilled to bits with the service she has provided and I can't recommend her enough. If you're unsure about mortgages and remortaging then Michelle really is the person to contact.
