We came back on 2nd October from hajj, it was an amazing experience alhamdulilah. Hotels, food and transport was as promised by al Hijaz there were no discrepancies at all. I must say though what made this tour operator truly shine were the staff, everyone was helpful. Would like to say thank you you to Zaid, Abu Bakr and sheikh Aden for supporting us and being patient with us while my mum was unwell and we had a couple other issues.

I came back on Monday from the 21 days Hajj pilgrimage package that i booked through Al Hijaz Tours.
I would like to say that they have excellent customer service and supported my family throught the journey. Their transport,food,zyarat and accomadation was tremendous!! Their staff are always approachable and very helpful from start To finish!!

Me and my mother & cousins came back on Sunday from the 27 day Hajj pilgrimage package that i booked through Al Hijaz Tours.

I would like to say that they have excellent customer service and supported me and my family through this blessed journey of a lifetime.
Their transport..food..ziyarat and accomadation was tremendous!! And on point

Excellent service, brilliant tour guides. Went on Hajj 2016 with my mum, and these guys Abdul Hameed, Tariq and Shiekh just to mention a few names were very helpful. Great bunch to go with in sha Allah if i ever went again i would definitely choose Al Hijaz even though i had never heard of the group 1 week before i put my deposit down. Hajj is a once in a life time opportunity and i thank Allah for making it easy for me.

You need to remember Hajj is not Hajj without a little struggle.

Pricing package is competative, however as they are of Pakistani descent, the tour guide was in Urdu. This was a problem for most of the pilgrims as we didn't speak Urdu. I've addressed this with the agents and insha'Allah it won't be repeated again.Pricing in group restricts what hotel you can book and dates.If you want a tailored package, this can be arranged and isn't as much extra one might think.Very helpful staff.
