The worst travel agency I have ever dealt with in my life. David is very rude, and will not listen to the customer when explaining their issue. He stated that Qatar is lying to me yet he was the one giving me false information. Asked him to amend my tickets and it’s now 1 week and nothing has been done. I have a recording as evidence, very poor Custmer service and has shouted at me and won’t listen to my request. The most useless travel agency. They are there to rob you. They asked me to pay a partial ticket price to reserve the ticket, never reserved it.
It has been three weeks now. I am calling them almost every day and they are not answering from my cell phone. when called from a different number, they say we are sending you the ticket in few minutes, few minutes never arrives. I am sure now that this was a fraud.
I will not recommend it to anyone. I will put a complaint against them to ABTA, TTA, Global Travel Group and CC it to the citizen advice bureau so that other people do not suffer. I learnt the lesson the hard way.

I don't think will put any star for this travel agency at all. I booked my ticket with them there changed my ticket without informing me.
The guy called Mo was the one assisting me. I was told that l have to pay for extra luggage which was £65 which l did but still l complained to the boss called Benny he said from the beginning when buying the ticket l was told the wrong information so he was going to sort it out the next day at 11:00 am so l wont pay anything. He will call me so l waited for his call he did not call. I reminded him he said he.was still out of the office. Then he called me around to 7 this evening telling l understand that second luggage is £90 so l tried to explain and asking him why does he want me to £25 why am l paying
now he told me that because l was suppose to pay he is only helping out and he is taking me to his legal representatives which l told him he must go ahead and report me and he was very rude l have never dealt with rude people like this travel agency. He was not allowing me to explain anything he want ed to be the only telling what do and he cut the on me. There service they are very poor and unprofessional and you don't get the service that there promise before you. So Benny l am for you to take me further. If you are phoning them to complIan there pass to each other. WILL RECOMMEND ANY BODY NO MATTER WHAT EVEN IF I AM DESPARATE WILL NEVER GO TO THEM. I would put a no star if it were possible. This is the worst travel agency I have ever used. You can not visit their offices for starters, once they have your money they evade you on the phone. After making payment for my tickets they told me that the fare had gone up. When I compared this with market fares it was false. Trying to make a booking now has been difficult.
