Prompt, professional, and priced right. J&M worked with us to customize the job based on what we could afford and what was realistically possible, without going overboard. We opted to clean the vent covers ourselves; we opted out of the dryer duct cleaning; they did not charge us for vents that connected to one another directly without corners (top to bottom floor). They were in and out in just a couple of hours, and they beat all other prices in town. Would I hire again? **Yes.** Thank you for a job well-done. One thing I would suggest would be to provide natural fiber blend coveralls to your employees for a more professional look. The baggy jeans and black tee-shirt thing looks too casual (I don't want to use the word unprofessional) and mandates that employees supply their own work clothing. I suggest blue or gray cotton blend coveralls--with name tags; this lets your customers know what to call the nice fellas who come through the door. THAT would give you five stars. I've been using J&M for years for my Air Duct Cleaning, but when we bought our new home in December, I got to use them for a gas line installation in my kitchen. We bought all new appliances including a fantastic gas range and the guys at J&M came out and got me all set up in a matter of hours, it's been working perfectly ever since. J&M Service was recommended by a HVAC professional that Home Depot referred me. I needed my dryer vent hooked up after some roofing work and I needed a second bid since the first one seemed especially high and I could tell they were uncomfortable with the vent going to the roof. J&M came in and the price was almost half. They also asked about cleaning our heating duct, which we were also happy with. But back to the dryer vent, we got a new dryer five months later and the dryer told us the air flow was blocked. Talked to Michelle and she said they would be out and there would be no charge. They found that Best Buy had crimped the dryer duct and since they were out—recleaned the ducting. But the next time we used the dryer it still told us the airflow was blocked. I called Michelle to get some documentation for the manufacturer warranty service but she said she wanted to send Mike out one more time to make absolutely sure there was no obstruction. He found there was a screen on the other side of the output flapper, which he believed might be the issue —and cleaned the duct again. We finally have a new dryer which actually dries our clothes.
