Stuart - 5 star service! Couldn’t be better and I couldn’t recommend enough. It was middle of night, talked me through what I needed to do and wouldn’t accept payment - very rate to come across someone like that, especially by accident.

If you're looking for a great heating engineer/plumber, stop looking now and call AGA Plumbing & Heating. They installed a brand new heating system in our house (pipes, boiler etc. ) and we couldn't be any happier with the result. Lovely warm house, great workmanship and Stewart (AGA Boss) was a pleasure to deal with. Extremely knowledgable too and gave us some sound advice re: boilers and radiators. I sent an email to a few plumbers for a boiler service, Stewart got back to be very quickly and provided a great quote and could do the work within a day of me confirming. We have an old boiler that i had never heard of, Stewart gave it a full check over and service said it was solid and should last another 4 years. He also took the time to explain that the boiler was a little small for our house so was running at nearly full capacity all the time and recommended when it needed replacing to replace with a bigger capacity one, but never pushed for getting it changed as it should last another 4 years.When it does need replacing AGA will be the first company i will contact. Came out to my dead Potterton boiler... had a good lengthy look, probably about an hour in total, decided that it was probably too old for his area of expertise and recommended another guy. .. didn't charge me anything for his time. (The other guy fixed it the next day for a very reasonable charge). Would definitely recommend him... nice that he didn't just want to "sell me a new boiler". More...

I put in a call today regards a needed repair on my boiler which stopped providing hot water and heating.Upon calling and giving a vague overview of the problem. I was really surprised to be told that I can get a visit same day which I am thankful for. After approx only 1 hour I had a knock at the door with view to get this issue fixed. My boiler is an old one and expected the worst however, was provided with great advice and guidance and a successful repair. Telephoned AGA Plumbing and Heating on Christmas Eve with a boiler issue where I couldn't heat my home and get hot water. Spoke with Stewart the engineer on the telephone and he arranged to call at my house (the same day and within 90 minutes) Stewart gave the boiler a once over along with a check of other ancillary items (programmer,room stat) and diagnosed the issue to be my programmer and not the boiler . He gave me the option for himself to replace the faulty item or he showed me how to change and fit a new programmer which were two screws and a clip. Where do you find a genuine engineer that offers this fantastic and cost effective service?This company is a credit to there industry and I would use them again at the drop of a hat.
