In 2011 when I was thinking about buying my council property, I didn't know where to start from until I searched online. A God sent D Golt contacted and everything went as smooth as possible. Have tried a few Financial Advisors in the past but the Guys at aFinancial have been the best by far.I am a professional Landlord and aFinancial sort out all of my Buy-to-Let Mortgages with absolute minimal fuss. Options are simplified and explained to you by a very knowledgable Mr. Golt. I have just saved £200/month on the mortgage for my home as well (which prompted this review!). This was only my second time at buying a house and what made it even more complicated was that I was buying a second home, Meaning afinancial had to arrange for two separate mortgages. I put them through their paces with all the work that had to be done. The communication between me and Mr Golt was excellent every step of the way even though buy the end I must have called him 3 times a day. what can i say David golt did everything to get me on the housing ladder there where times when i fort i wasn't going get a mortgages but we stuck to our task he did more of the work then my solicitors did at times they wasn't interested for the small fee david got its a bargain i would defo recommend to anyone
