Apparently she had a hospital appointment she had forgotten about and despite the fact I had told the company I was at high risk of catching COVID-19 they were happy to send me someone that’s in and out of hospital. We are sorry that you had a bad experience, however we did try and other an alternative date. We were not informed by the cleaner that she had an appointment as she completely forgot about it. She could have worn a mask when attending your property as well.

We have been in business for years to help assist you, the general public with any cleaning requirments you may have. We also help people find cleaning work for people who wish to become cleaners with us throughout the country.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Most of our cleaners provided eco-friendly cleaning products which they are able to provide.
Providing products is optional and can be provided upon request.
Some of our cleaners drive which allows for them to take cleaning equipment.

We assist people with there general cleaning needs from cleaning bathrooms to taking out the trash - rubbish, we have you covered.

Our cleaners enjoy cleaning and help the public, what better way than to clean for you.
Our cleaners are self employed and take most monies earned per job they attend.
ADS CLEANING only take a small commission per clean carried out by our cleaners.

We are very affordable and can help provide everything needed to carry out an excellent clean at your property.
Whether for a family home or commercial offices we can cover it all for you.
We can help to offer a wide range of cleans, anything from regular weekly cleans to the one time clean.
We provide convience at your door by being able to allow all cleaners to accept card and contactless payments on the move.
This generally saves time instead of always making sure you have the correct change. Also our cleaners do not carry cash on them.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our cleaners are adviced ti wear a face covering where neccessary if not excempt. They are also adviced to take regular covid tests especially when not feeling very well.
We use remote payments to reduce contact person to person.
Domestic Cleaning
Though cleaning carried out at your home. If a more though clean takes longer we only charge of which an hour rate i.e 30mins - £6.00
