What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
After all the basics steps to a photo I would say Trust. Trust that the photographer will do a great job and capture the day. This will show in subjects faces and posture.
I’ve always had a passion for documenting the world around me, capturing those, often missed, golden moments that occur around us every day. Over the past decade I’ve focused this passion towards wedding photography, coming to learn that each wedding has its own unique backstory, filled with heartwarming moments, which are often missed in the hustle and bustle of the big day. Its my goal to record these hidden gems for you, in addition to capturing beautiful images of the big ‘show stopping’ moments.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I nearly always send over a shot list. Just so I get an idea of what the couple wants the photos to focus on during the day. What is vital to some people is not for everyone.
What do you love most about your job?
Simple. I love to work with people. Taking natural shots.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After I completed my degree I have always wanted to run my own business. Have succeeding in Taking pictures from small intimate weddings to large Television productions.
