ACT provide a specialist damp service, which includes Rising Damp, Penetrating Damp, Condensation Control, Basement & Cellar waterproofing and conversions.
We also carry out full renovation and refurbishment works both domestically and commercially, including maintenance contracts with various property management companies and letting and estate agents.

How long have you been in business?
We have been in the business for a total of 12 years, however last year we underwent an extremely overdue re-brand and introduced some new elements to the services that we provide.
What guarantee does your work come with?
Our specialist damp works come with a 20 year transferrable guarantee.
What do you love most about your job?
The different types of properties and the variety of the jobs and meeting new people daily.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired by an elderly family member that suggested I should start on my own due to my skills and see how it goes!
I then took his advice, and 6 years have now passed by, with the business getting bigger and better with each year that passes by.
