Almost certainly one of your smaller customers but nonetheless excellent customer service. Bought an oak board for a project on your ebay store, received it promptly as expected. Wanted another for a similar project and messaged the ebay page, reply, order processed and a confirmation email a week later requesting paypal details to complete the transaction.
