About

I am a change management and leadership development consultant and coach with fourteen years’ experience in a client facing, consulting environment.

Through a style defined as caring, curious and empathetic, I help clients articulate and structure

their learning and enterprise needs and explore the most suitable solution to address them.

Since 2015 I have contributed to the design of a series of bespoke leadership development programmes for
organisations in the pharma, financial services, consumer goods and medical care sectors.

As a great believer that change occurs when people become what they are (not when I try to become
what they are not), my coaching approach aims at increasing clients’ awareness so they can make better-informed choices.

My work as a coach includes supporting individuals in building
capability such as confidence, delegation, results-orientation, navigating through transitions, etc.

Passionate about new thinking and new ways of approaching age-old problems, in 2011 I founded Accelerance with the purpose of advancing the quality of thinking and practice in leadership
development.
