What do you love most about your job?
The art of enhancing someones beauty and making them feel special on a very important day is what I love most about my job. Also the fact that I get to play and experiment with make up all the time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was going through a very tough time in my life struggling with stress and depression, I started learning make up as a way to make myself feel better and just get out of the rut I was in. Though as I kept getting more and more into this art I found it very therapeutic and fun, I doesn't feel like work but like fun. Also I get to meet so many amazing new people, some of whom have now become friends as they keep returning back as repeat clients. I get to be a part of some these peoples most important days in their lives, and feel really privileged to get that opportunity. All these things inspired me to start out on my own and leave a full time job in a bank.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am someone, who will look at her clients and see how she can enhance the clients beauty, rather than make them look like someone else. I feel makeup is very individualistic, and one size cannot fit all, hence I love to get to know my clients and their personalities first before I make any suggestions with regards to their looks. At the end of the day its the clients call how they want to proceed, but my utmost priority is the clients comfort on the day of the event. I am someone who is very cool under pressure, and a lot of my brides have found that very calming on the wedding day when everyone is constantly stressing them out.
