A1 Care prides itself on being one step ahead of our competitors, and as such we are currently in partnership with a Norwegian tech company, to produce a revolutionary service known as 'Virtual Care Companion'. We are currently developing a service which will enable our clients to get in contact with our carers and office staff through one touch of a button. This will be via a simplified yet well developed platform that allows both the client and carers or office staff to communicate via video calls, and assist our clients should they need our support without a carer attending. The advantage of such a service allows information to be relayed straight away, such as medication pick up, if the client needs support through having a fall, or if they just want to talk, and need some companionship due to loneliness.
The first trials will be later this year, and once successful, will then be offered to all our clients.
