I am a digital marketing and social media consultant, with experience in the design and delivery of digital marketing strategy. I also deliver often workshops and talks on social media and digital marketing to SMEs owners and other marketing practitioners. I write for The Intelligent SME magazine on topics related to marketing and deliver digital marketing courses at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
My approach to digital marketing is evidence-based, and I suggest changes in strategy after a deep analysis of the current activities, and after setting out KPIs to measure the effectiveness of any strategy changes.
What do you love most about your job?
I have a passion for digital marketing because it allows for measurable experimentation. Unlike other marketing channels, online environments provide a significant amount of details that can be used to take informed decisions to improve business outcome.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working with SMEs and contributing to their growth drove me to work as a consultant with other organisations. Since I do research in digital marketing, it also helps me identify new opportunities to expand our understanding of this channel.

During my time at Kellogg's I gave support to three brands within two different business units. My main responsibilities were: -Developing, executing and implementing key marketing and brand initiatives, promotions and in store activities on time -Planning and execution of marketing plan (launch of in&outs and brand extensions, printed media advertising, packaging development, POP material, and all promotional activities related to the brands). -Development of TV communication (3 copies and constant involvement in brief development). -Constant interaction with third party agencies to implement marketing communication plans. -Continuously evaluating brand / portfolio performance and trends. -Identifying and developing growth opportunities in the market and channels. -Track of brand health indicators (SAP and Nielsen) -Administrative control of advertising & promotion budget. - A&P Budget of £2.3m yearly.
