How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
If space is available and if we can add Veluxes to bring light to make it habitable.
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
Stripping out, demolition for openings of windows/Veluxes, insulating the roof, prepare an access in the ceiling from the floor below, prepare plumbing and electrics to suit new layout, create walls where necessary, plasterboard, tiling, floor finishes, furniture.
