Hi, I'm John. I started A Beautiful Day Productions in 2009. I work with a small team of talented videographers and editors to ensure we creatively capture your day. We film weddings in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and across the UK. We love being part of a wedding day and love telling the story in an engaging and creative way.

Thank goodness for Facebook otherwise i would never have found John! After watching many of his beautiful wedding day trailers, i realised how different his style was to many other videographers! A beautiful mix between traditional and modern which tells the most amazing story! John and Monica were a great team on the wedding day, knowone really knew they were there, they were so discreet! We had a fantastic experience using John and his team. I really wanted a video of our wedding but was concerned it would feel and be intrusive. However, this wasn't a problem in the slightest. John was professional and made us feel at ease. I was really surprised by how it felt that the filming was in the background, yet the crucial and subtle moments were still all captured. Our video is absolutely wonderful and it is clear John had really listened to our request for it to be as natural as possible. The outside shots of the venue and grounds are beautiful. What inspired you to start your own business?
I always loved playing with video cameras. I started videoing the weddings of friends and family and loved their reactions. I decided in 2009 to start working professionally and invested in equipment. I kept reinvesting in the first 7 years getting better equipment to provide a more cinematic experience.
