Seeing the relief in recovering a customers "lost" photo's and documents history from a crashed computer.
The satisfaction helping a customer with a seemingly insurmountable computer problem.
Finding a difficult and challenging computer problem that looks impossible to resolve, and resolving it for them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I believed I could offer a far better, personal service to my customers than my previous employer.
