As a company, we host emails and websites so though we could also handle our own IT. For years we ran our own phones and internal server. After meeting Tom and the team we decided that time wise it made more scene for him to handle it all for us, since doing this it has not only free'd us up, but also it has helped improved and streamline our office IT. I feel a lot more secure in the knowledge that our phone and systems are looked after by 1st Byte.
