Since giving birth to my daughter a little over five months ago, I was keen to get back to the gym and healthy eating, especially as I’m bridesmaid for one of my best friends later this year. Before I started Shape Up With Sher I was at my heaviest and didn’t feel comfortable with myself at all. I wasn’t exercising and was eating the wrong foods at the wrong times. Now, since starting the programme, I’m eating healthy meals but not sacrificing on flavour, and am really enjoying the variety of training I’ve been doing. In five weeks I have lost 12.5 inches and 9lbs. I’m starting to feel much more comfortable and confident again and can’t wait to continue on the next cycle!

Can’t thank sher enough! I’ve actually ate more the past 6 weeks and weigh less, 24 hour support, checks in with us all of the time and always happy to answer any questions. Realistic meal plan and amazing recipes! Couldn’t have asked for a nicer trainer, can’t wait for cycle 2.0!

So I started this programme with no motivation, no real sense of hope I would see much of a difference and petrified as I didn’t know how the equipment worked in a gym and no self confidence. Now after 6 weeks of fun and hard work I’ve lost 11lbs and inches alround and also defination of muscle in areas and the best gaining a bubble but! Shers constant positive thinking and motivation is amazing but best of all so easy to talk to and have a laugh with. Not only have I came away with a new job due to been fitter and passing tests, I know have a good knowledge of equipment and how to do workouts, the ability to eat healthy meals (and cook) even if I am the fussiest eater ever and the kick up the arse to continue. This amazing woman has give me my confidence back and can’t wait to continue future programmes . Nearly on to my last session of the 6 weeks of boss body and I’ve seen such a difference in my appearance and overall fitness. Sher gives constant support throughout the program and has defiantly showed me a lot. It’s great the friends you make while at boss body and it overall gives you so much more motivation than just going to the gym, excited to start another cycle next week!

Just finishing Cycle 1 of Boss Body and I cannot wait to continue onto the next one, really loved the workouts I feel so much stronger and can’t wait to progress even more. Meal plan has some great recipes in and nothing too complicated to prep!! Sheridan has been so supportive and encouraging throughout the 6 weeks and so have the girls at the sessions!

Wish I could give Sher a 10 as she deserves it and deserves to be recognised for all of her hard work and dedication she gives to each and every single one of her clients. Before I started bossbody in March I was unhappy, unhealthy and a little overweight and just felt miserable all the time due to how I looked and also sluggish, but in the space of 6 little weeks sher has been able to turn it around for me by giving me continuous support and an amazing food plan that is easy to do and very tasty, you simply don’t feel like you miss out on food. I am so glad I don’t look like what I did back in March and so bloody excited to start cycle 2 in 2 weeks time. I simply can’t thank sher enough for it all as if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t gaining confidence everyday, also losing weight but importantly getting fitter. Sher has also changed the way I look at foods and now I simply have willpower to say no to food when I don’t need it or want it and also I am now able to enjoy my treats as they are treats and not simply a everyday thing.

Just finished cycle 1.0 and never thought i would be as motivated as i am now. Loved every minute of training with Sher, sessions are fun and enjoyable even though they are so so so hard 🙈 The meal plan had lots of variety and easy to make meals. Absolutely loved my time completing the boss body programme with Sher! She’s been fab from start to finish. The meal plans have been great, simple and very tasty which makes dieting that little bit easier! The classes are challenging but it’s all worth it and I actually looked forward to every session. Can’t recommend Boss Body enough!

Started Boss Body coming up to 6 weeks now and I am a very unfit person so I was dreading it tbh! As soon as I started, Sher was so welcoming and friendly. She let you work to your ability but pushing you to achieve more. The classes are so fun but also hard work which I love. I feel a lot more confident with my body now than what I did 6 weeks ago and can’t wait to continue train with Sher in her PT sessions! Couldn’t recommend her enough!!

I was absolutely terrified in the lead up to the first session, I haven't done exercise for a long time & am massively overweight, so I was really worried about how I'd manage. After the first class I felt so much better. It is hard & Sher does try to push you, but she's quick to recognise your strengths & weaknesses & always offers an alternative if you're struggling. Can't say enough positive things about how supportive Sher and the group are. Looking forward to cycle 2 � #bossbody

I was never the most confident in the gym before I started cycle 1.0 of the boss body programme, but training with others and with Sher’s expertise and guidance I feel in such a better mind set than I did 6 weeks ago! I’ve noticed a huge difference in my physical strength and although my weight may not have dropped a great deal, I have lost inches in the right places, showing the plan is working, which is amazing!

Have absolutely loved the last 6 weeks doing cycle 1 with sher. I definitely feel fitter and stronger than what i did in week 1, i still have a long way to go to get to my goal but i know that i can do this. Cannot praise sher enough, she is so supportive and motivational and she makes you want to do well and keep going. The girls in the group have all been lovely and supportive. Cycle 2.0 done and dusted! Fittest I have ever been, I could of never got to the position I’m in now without Sher pushing me to my limit couldn’t recommend enough! Cycle 3.0?

The hard work that sher puts into every single one of her workouts is amazing and ensures that you are being pushed to your maximum potential which I would never be able to achieve on my own. I’ve got so much of my confidence back and it’s all down to sher couldn’t praise enough!

Just finished cycle 1.0 of boss body and loved it! The classes with Sher are fab and every week is different which keeps it fun!
I’ve been really busy during the 6 weeks which has made it hard for me to make every class and sometimes stick to the meal plan, but Sher has always been really supportive and offered advice on how to try and keep on track which has shown in my weight and inches loss. I’m really happy with my results from the 6 weeks, but if you can make every class and really stick with your meal plan the results would be amazing!

Honestly couldn’t praise sher any more if I tried, she definitely deserves 10 stars for her continuous hard work and dedication she puts into each and every one of her classes. I have just completed my cycle 1.0 and I have loved every single minute of it and couldn’t have picked a more down to earth person to do my training with, shes lush inside and out!! I am now going on to do PT sessions with sher and I can’t wait to kick ass with her. She has helped me so much throughout my cycle with training, advice and meal plans, she is also always there for a chat to reassure you and make you feel better about yourself with a good old push. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

i've helped hundreds of my clients achieve their fitness goals, by finding out what motivates my clients most.
Finding out the core problem as to why my client feels 'overweight', 'anxious', 'depressed', 'scared to train in the gym'.
Much of this stems from past experience, childhood and other factors. Personal Training isn't about going into the gym and smashing it from day one - it takes baby steps and gaining knowledge to reaching your goals!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The secret to getting the body of your dreams. Is listening to ONE PERSON, WORD HARD, and BE CONSISTENT.

What do you love most about your job?

Starting training from age 16, the most important part of my job is relating to my clients.
I love how my clients find me as a 'friend', who push and motivate them every step of the day.
They're my inspiration everyday.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I began training girls, when i was 15 in my dads gym as a hobby.
It was such a natural talent to me, and i loved helping others!
i then studied Business Studies and passed with Distinction *, and qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer.
Now, i hold large fitness classes, 1-1 and group sessions. To this date, i've helped over 400 local females just through my classes.
Likewise, sold over 9,000 eBooks online to people across the world.

Why should our clients choose you?

My clients choose me to train them, consistently (yes they never leave!), because i truly CARE.
I work not for purely money, but for helping others achieve their goals both mentally and physically.
I show effort, compassion, outside help and guidance and true friendship, whilst pushing them to their limits every session.

I worked with a popular UK based radio station called Metro Radio. My role was to attend promo events, promote the company through the use of events, social media and raising awareness of the brand.

I worked as a VIP hostess in a popular nightclub in Newcastle. My main skill was to sell to London based clients and be involved in selling preminum products and VIP social events.
