SHERMAZINGGGG! Just finished cycle 2.0 and feeling great. The support from Sher is 24/7 whatever and whenever you need it. She always makes each class fun and enjoyable and puts 100% effort into everything she does. One in a million at her job!! The personalised meal plans are tailored to your tastes and lifestyle. Honestly couldn’t recommend Sher enough. She is the most motivational, inspiring and funny person ever. Cannot recommend Sher enough, when I started cycle 1 I was in a bad place mentally and my weight was really getting me down. I struggled to lose weight at first but Sher has constantly kept me motivated and pushed me to my limits and recommend changes to see more results. Couldn’t recommend Sher’s classes enough! Coming from someone who’s never worked out or stuck to a meal plan etc, I’ve had the BEST time over the past 6 weeks. I hated how I looked, now I love how I look. She has helped me physically and mentally. I’ve never felt so good about myself, and I will continue my journey on to bettering myself all thanks to Sher. She pushes you hard & motivates you so much every time, you don’t have a second to think ‘I can’t do this’. The meal plans are delicious and they’re not the typical boring things! It doesn’t even feel like a meal plan. The girls in the classes are all so lovely and fighting toward the same goal as you. The workouts BURN, but you feel on top of the world after each one. I will always recommend her to anybody! This is the best thing I have ever spent my money on, and I’d do it 10 times over. I've just stared Cycle 2 of Boss Body with Sher and I honestly couldn't recommend her enough. I felt so bad about myself, always sluggish, lethargic, lacking motivation, terrible diet and really hated what I saw in the mirror. In just 6 weeks I've pretty much turned that around with Sher's help. I've lost weight and I'm building muscle and I'm actually eating more food than I was! Super easy meal plan, tasty and clean. The classes are HARD but Sher is so motivating and it's such a good environment working out with other girls who don't judge you and are always there to help you. I actually love the gym now that I have her guidance and I'm feeling more confident every day. I can't wait to see how I feel after the next 6 weeks! Women empowering women, what's not to love?! Not only is Sher an amazing trainer she is such a positive and motivating young woman! Her group sessions are fun, varied and strenuous while her PT sessions will push you beyond your personal limits. Trained with Sher for nearly 4 months now but sadly had to stop due to my 'clicky' hip & income She's been amazing and so supportive! Massively helped me physically as well as mentally! Just come to the end of cycle 1.0 body boss 6 week programme loved every minute of it, shers a fab pt, pushes you and works alongside you! ! loved the meal plans has defiantly gave me a new look upon food options and healthier alternatives. Just completed cycle 2 (12 weeks) and feeling fitter than I ever have. It wasn’t about losing weight for me I just wanted to tone, build a booty and maintain weight, although I have gained 3lbs my photos have changed a lot and I’m starting to see the changes for the better. My bum has lifted quite a bit, I have abs coming through and my whole body shape is more defined and toned. I’ll continue doing the classes into next year as my goal wasn’t to have a quick win but to make this year about progressing on my fitness levels ready for next year to see results but already I’m seeing them which is a bonus so excited to see what I will look like next year. Roll on my 40th next year. The food plan has a variety of good healthy balanced foods and easy to prep when you have a busy week ahead, it’s all about being prepared in advance. I was one of those people that used to say I don’t have time to go to classes and gym but now I wonder what I ever did with my time. This plan has made me have the confidence to go to my gym after having a membership for a year and not using it. Loving life at the minute and the changes I’ve made for me no one else. I would highly recommend sher’s boss body programme not only because it has helped me lose weight that I have been trying to lose for a while but it has gave me the confidence I needed to wear what I want that I have lost for the past few year. I have hated wearing a bikini on holiday or even just a crop top out because I felt overweight and awful but now I feel so confident in myself thanks to sher and I can finally wear a bikini on holiday and not like I’m to overweight and that other people are judging me. Her meal plan is amazing and there’s not a meal that I don’t like and her class push you so hard and make you feel so good about yourself. This girl deserves the moon and the stars. Sher is by far the best on the market when it comes to fitness, this girl is more than a fitness trainer to me. Not only has my overall fitness and weight improved but my mental health too. My confidence, health and outlook on life has done a 360 which I didn’t think would be possible through fitness. Sheridan was more of a friend than a trainer she knew my goals and knew how to motivate me even on days when I wasn’t my strongest which made sessions feel very comfortable, rewarding and professional. People used to and still question why I had a personal trainer because of my small figure but a size 4/6 can be as uncomfortable within themselves as a size 18. Weight gain has been an issue from a very young age and with the correct knowledge and guidance from sher, week by week the changes became more visible and my confidence has hit an all time high. Thinking back to my first session when I couldn’t even do a lunge to now being able to leg press three times my body weight, who knew someone so small could be so strong. I can honestly say If you are considering personal training then I wouldn’t hesitate to look any further. I am totally gutted that I have had to end my sessions however sher has gave me the confidence to train just as hard on my own. I know if I ever need any guidance that sher will only be a text away. I will definitely be back once the summer ends hopefully stronger than ever. Excited to see the changes over the next few months until I can train again. 6 weeks ago I stepped foot into Sher’s Newcastle class having not been to the gym for 4 years. It had been a running joke with my friends and family that I had a shocking diet and did no exercise for as long as i can remember so was really skeptical whether I could hack something like this. I now can’t imagine going back to my old ways and that’s down to Sher’s contagious motivation - she just has this knack of making everyone feel like they’re smashing it! I have Just finished my first 6 week boss-body program.. and I am absolutely amazed with my results! 11lb In 6 weeks!!!! After being out of any sort of training/exercise for over 3 month I was dreading getting back into it, but Sheridan made me feel at ease but also motivated after my first session! Since giving birth to my daughter a little over five months ago, I was keen to get back to the gym and healthy eating, especially as I’m bridesmaid for one of my best friends later this year. Before I started Shape Up With Sher I was at my heaviest and didn’t feel comfortable with myself at all. I wasn’t exercising and was eating the wrong foods at the wrong times. Now, since starting the programme, I’m eating healthy meals but not sacrificing on flavour, and am really enjoying the variety of training I’ve been doing. So I started this programme with no motivation, no real sense of hope I would see much of a difference and petrified as I didn’t know how the equipment worked in a gym and no self confidence. Now after 6 weeks of fun and hard work I’ve lost 11lbs and inches alround and also defination of muscle in areas and the best gaining a bubble but! Shers constant positive thinking and motivation is amazing but best of all so easy to talk to and have a laugh with. Not only have I came away with a new job due to been fitter and passing tests, I know have a good knowledge of equipment and how to do workouts, the ability to eat healthy meals (and cook) even if I am the fussiest eater ever and the kick up the arse to continue. Wish I could give Sher a 10 as she deserves it and deserves to be recognised for all of her hard work and dedication she gives to each and every single one of her clients. Before I started bossbody in March I was unhappy, unhealthy and a little overweight and just felt miserable all the time due to how I looked and also sluggish, but in the space of 6 little weeks sher has been able to turn it around for me by giving me continuous support and an amazing food plan that is easy to do and very tasty, you simply don’t feel like you miss out on food. I am so glad I don’t look like what I did back in March and so bloody excited to start cycle 2 in 2 weeks time. I simply can’t thank sher enough for it all as if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t gaining confidence everyday, also losing weight but importantly getting fitter. Sher has also changed the way I look at foods and now I simply have willpower to say no to food when I don’t need it or want it and also I am now able to enjoy my treats as they are treats and not simply a everyday thing. Started Boss Body coming up to 6 weeks now and I am a very unfit person so I was dreading it tbh! As soon as I started, Sher was so welcoming and friendly. She let you work to your ability but pushing you to achieve more. The classes are so fun but also hard work which I love. I was absolutely terrified in the lead up to the first session, I haven't done exercise for a long time & am massively overweight, so I was really worried about how I'd manage. I was never the most confident in the gym before I started cycle 1.0 of the boss body programme, but training with others and with Sher’s expertise and guidance I feel in such a better mind set than I did 6 weeks ago! I’ve noticed a huge difference in my physical strength and although my weight may not have dropped a great deal, I have lost inches in the right places, showing the plan is working, which is amazing!

Just finished cycle 1.0 of boss body and loved it! The classes with Sher are fab and every week is different which keeps it fun!
I’ve been really busy during the 6 weeks which has made it hard for me to make every class and sometimes stick to the meal plan, but Sher has always been really supportive and offered advice on how to try and keep on track which has shown in my weight and inches loss. I’m really happy with my results from the 6 weeks, but if you can make every class and really stick with your meal plan the results would be amazing!

I really don’t know how to put into words how greatfull I am to have found sher, I’ve tried every diet in the book from slimmingworld to slim fast and I’ve never seen any result with them or even enjoyed them for that matter! It’s hard to put into words ‘how would you rate shape up with sher’ because there’s simply no words great enough to explain it. Sher is quite possibly one of the loveliest girls I have ever met. She 100% believes in every single one of her clients and takes time and effort to tailor plans that suit each individual. When I started boss body I was so nervous and anxious as my fitness levels were SO low. However after my first session I came to realise that there was nothing at all to worry about. Sher, and all the other girls, made me feel so much at ease. We have a laugh, work hard and most of all have made friends and gained skills that we wouldn’t have before this. I've Just completed my 6 weeks of boss body classes with Sheridan along with a meal plan and can honestly say I've learnt so much! I've just completed cycle 2.0 with Sheridan and it literally was one of the best things I've ever done. Sheridan is not only a trainer who can push you to where you need to be, but can also be your friend at the same time and have fun which makes such a difference to the attitude I had towards this. The whole experience has taught me so much and made me realise I don't just want to just eat clean temporarily for e.g. Just before a holiday or summer, I want it to be a lifestyle, so the meal plans and training have taught me I don't have to starve myself to be in good shape (in fact in my case I had to eat more�, just cleaner foods than I used to), also that I don't have to do hours of cardio to get the body I want. In fact cardio was minimal in comparison to the weight training, once I started to seeing results it gave me the push I needed to carry on. I have just completed cycle 2.0 with sher, I am now 2 stone lighter, have lost a total of 7 inches from my waist and I now have so much more confidence. Sher is soo supportive of all her clients. Before I met sheridan I was someone who would go to the gym and fall into the same boring routine each session, Sheridan has taught me so much, what equipment and techniques to use to work certain areas of my body. I'm only just through cycle 1.0 but oh my GOD. I am getting fitter, healthier, stronger, happier all whilst having the time of my life! I got to a point where I'd accepted that I'd just be 16 stone forever. Adding up a full time desk job which is 40+ hours a week sat down answering phones plus a 10 year old back injury at the base of my spine I thought I'd never be able to get back into shape. But Sheridan has blown this sad future out if the water and then some! The meals are delicious and easy to make. The home work out guide is brilliant no matter what your job is. i've helped hundreds of my clients achieve their fitness goals, by finding out what motivates my clients most.

Finding out the core problem as to why my client feels 'overweight', 'anxious', 'depressed', 'scared to train in the gym'.

Much of this stems from past experience, childhood and other factors. Personal Training isn't about going into the gym and smashing it from day one - it takes baby steps and gaining knowledge to reaching your goals!

The secret to getting the body of your dreams. Is listening to ONE PERSON, WORD HARD, and BE CONSISTENT.

Starting training from age 16, the most important part of my job is relating to my clients.

I love how my clients find me as a 'friend', who push and motivate them every step of the day.

They're my inspiration everyday.

I began training girls, when i was 15 in my dads gym as a hobby.

It was such a natural talent to me, and i loved helping others!

i then studied Business Studies and passed with Distinction *, and qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer.

Now, i hold large fitness classes, 1-1 and group sessions. To this date, i've helped over 400 local females just through my classes.

Likewise, sold over 9,000 eBooks online to people across the world.

My clients choose me to train them, consistently (yes they never leave!), because i truly CARE.

I work not for purely money, but for helping others achieve their goals both mentally and physically.

I show effort, compassion, outside help and guidance and true friendship, whilst pushing them to their limits every session.

My clients are my everything, without them i'd be lost!
