He is professional, a meticulous planner, has an incredible eye for design, hires like-minded subcontractors, is cost-conscious, sticks to his promised timeline and has an attention to detail we very much appreciated. He is engaged and present. There was continuous communication. In this world of COVID delays (either illness or low stock) Vasile is an active and persistent problem-solver, not afraid to roll up his sleeves to do the work himself. We have an old home and opening walls and removing floors lead to many unexpected surprises - Vas tackled them with calm and provided valuable advice. And once the job was done he personally touched up any imperfections. Vasile and his subcontractors (especially Leo) were extremely considerate of our being in the house through most of the work, and left the house spotless every day. Our kitchen is stunning and our first floor is beautiful. I would hire him again in a heart beat.
