ayon design and build came to my rescue on the evening before I was listed my home for sale after I found water dripping down below my ELECTRICAL PANEL!
! My insurance adjuster said I was in good hands with Rainbow as they have "an excellent reputation". Jamil quickly found the cause of my leak, fixed the issue and then just in case he checked throughout my home for any other possible areas of moisture and found none! Jamil followed up with me once the job was done just to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. They went above and beyond the call of duty and my home sold quickly and I felt at total ease that I was passing on a home with NO moisture issues.
I would recommend ayon design and build for all your water, fire, mould damage issues!!!

Just completed total renovation of two
Bathrooms. Worked with farshed/Sales,jamil/project manager and behzard/design services.
My 30 year old bathrooms had become nonfunctional and extremely outdated. They made the bathrooms functional, beautiful and added storage. Project was completed on time and on budget. This was my third project with them. They did a complete renovation of my kitchen in 2017. I rely on them for advice, suggestions and am 100% confident in their services. They’re honest, professional, great at what they do. I completely recommend them for any renovation project. You will be happy you chose them to work on your project. They won’t disappoint

Our counter top and back splash were not straight forward and they offered innovative suggestions on how to deal with the problem. I love my new kitchen and new stairs and how they knocked down walls and posts to make the house flow more openly. We have a new deck, too. And my basement looks so amazing now. We also merged 2 awkward sized bathrooms to one good sized bathroom to connect to 2 girls' bedrooms. We also switched door and closet locations of a bedroom to adhere to fengshui advice. Everything went according to plan even if I was overseas the whole duration of renovation. Farshid and BZ are both very responsive to messages and are easy to get a hold of. After job service is good, too. And I love how they surprised me with a wider 2nd floor hallway that used to be curved awkwardly in. Our house looks very nice, we love how it turned out. :) More...

What inspired you to start your own business?
As one of the founders, he brings over 8 years of residential and commercial builder experience to Ayon Design & Build. He sits on our Board of Directors and is the Chairman of Operations. His extensive experience managing projects and leading construction teams throughout the GTA and other parts of Ontario, has been instrumental in delivering industry innovation, unmatchable value and unbeatable quality to our projects. He leverages his immense network to build reliable, reputable and respected projects. One of his specialities is in creating smart, sustainable and healthy projects, which benefits both his clients and their communities. His expertise and experience are helping grow the Ayon Design & Build vision of exceptional, end-to-end real estate services.
