The team at Carter-Class were awesome to deal with, professional, timely, and always looked after our interests. The reason we chose to work with Refresh is that we required a business that could oversee and project manage our kitchen and living area renovation. Sharon was just what we needed. She walked us through the process and kept us informed along the way as to what we needed to do at each stage. Choosing the layout and what we could do with our space was something that Sharon really assisted us with. She listened and offered us professional yet personal advice about what was available and what would suit our needs. As with any large renovation, things don't always go to plan, but Sharon was incredibly flexible and forward thinking, moving tradies' time slots to ensure completion was as close to the plan as possible. We are so pleased with the end result and it's wonderful to finally see our plans move from paper printouts and 3D computer graphics to actually the finished product. We couldn't be happier and it has made our house a bright, modern and well-functioning home, linking the inside and outside areas seamlessly. We have had nothing but compliments from family and friends and we look forward to entertaining in our beautifully laid out kitchen - all just in time for Christmas!!
