But we find that since the Bathroom and Kitchen are the 2 rooms that help effect a residence the most, we try to focus our work there.

How long have you been in business?
I have been doing design and renovations for over 2 decades....wow nearly 3 now. I started doing much larger projects. Full house design and construction. But as I have gotten older I have focused on Kitchens and Bathrooms specifically in the last 2 years with this company.
What guarantee does your work come with?
We warrant our workmanship for 5 years and it is transferable. Any fixture we install for you would come with it's own manufacturers warranty as well. Honestly if it is 10 years from now and something is wrong...give us a call. We will deal with it at no cost to you if it is due to our workmanship. But if you dropped a bowling ball and broke a tile... we will still come and replace the tile at a reasonable rate.
What do you love most about your job?
K&B Pros focused on Kitchens and Baths because they have an impact on the quality of life in a family. It isn't just the aesthetics that we focus on. We want to have an impact on how you use your space when we are done. The elation on the face of the client from start to finish is moving.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always enjoyed doing work with my hands. For a number of years I did it for others. Mostly to learn and gain experience, but also because it is scary to do it on your own. Over the years, as I have felt more confident in my abilities, and the relationships I have developed, I decided it was time to go it on my own. Well initially on my own, but we are growing. Hoping to get to 6 or so full time people on the tools. Big goals lead to me being able to focus on managing and designing more as time goes on. But I think I will always need to get a tool out and do the work.
Why should our clients choose you?
Prospective clients should choose us only if they are completely comfortable with us. I believe we are building a relationship. It is an intimate thing to enter a person's house, especially during Covid, and change their space. We make sure there are ample opportunities to communicate and ask questions prior to being hired. Be 100% before you select anyone... including us.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Our proposal process can be done remotely. We need some information to be provided by the homeowner and we can work with them to come to a full proposal that is completely remote.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are happy to offer remote proposal work. We need a few pictures of the space and some measurements and we can put together a tentative proposal pending confirmation of actual dimensions. We run a 750cfm Hepa Air Scrubber during the work we do. Additionally, our employees mask up during our time in your space. If there are any other specific requests we will do our best to satisfy your needs.
Kitchen Design
With our in house Architectural Designer we can measure and design your new kitchen. As simple as a copy of your present design with a facelift. Or as complex as removing walls, mechanical relocation and full engineering. We can make it all happen.
Kitchen Renovation
From a new Counter and sink to a full gut, with structural engineering and walls removed, we can do it all.
Bathroom Design
With our in house Architectural Designer we can measure and design your new bathroom. As simple as a copy of your present design with new fixtures and vanity. Or as complex as removing walls, mechanical relocation and full engineering. We can make it all happen.
Bathroom Renovation
Just a new tub and tile or a full remodel and redesign. We do it right the first time.
