I have been working with a therapist for a couple years now trying to heal my trauma and just feel happier in my life. A friend recommended life coaching to me so I searched on google and came across Kelsey. She had told me her approach with life coaching was a bit different. She told me she used ‘alternative healing methods’. At first I was very hesitant. But then after sitting with it for a couple days I thought hey I have nothing to loose. Therapy isn’t working so let’s try the alternative route. I can’t tell you enough how profound and powerful my FIRST session was! Kelsey has this amazing way of asking the right things at the right time, saying the right things at the right time. She has asked me things that no one ever has in my life and those questions have helped me immensely. If therapy hasn’t been doing it for you either see what Kelsey could do for you alternatively! I have been working with Kelsey for 6 months now. Every week is something totally different! In our 6 months so far together I have been able to heal a lot of my childhood pain and challenges. I also feel more self love now and have been able to forgive the people I never thought I could. I have also been going to her workshops and ceremonies in Vaughan and have been able to meet so many more people who are like me. Working with Kelsey has brought me forgiveness, peace and understanding along with a community I never knew. If you’re interested in plant medicines at all I would also definitely work with her with those!
