They cleaned the balcony, which was dirty but a minor issue is they did not clean the airconditioning unit which was on the balcony. All else was done well

The cleaner Lorena was fabulous - she made sure to ask enough questions to make sure everything I needed was covered but also just got on with things and took initiative.
