I can't recommend NRG services highly enough. As i have just been through the process of fitting out a new business it was quite a challenging experience for me, having never done it before. But whenever i needed clarification or an explanation on a certain thing relating to the refrigeration or electrical side of things Mark Allsopp who i delt with was right there to explain it to me in terms i could understand. He guided me through the whole process and took the pressure off me, the refrigeration mechanics on sight who performed the installation were great and very professional they were helpful, If there was anything i had concerns about or wanted an explanation for they had the answers and got everything running great. That leads me to why i will always be using NRG services for me refrigeration and maintenance work the Friday of my butcher shop opening i had windows full of products and a shop full of customers, when i noticed the temperature on my main display fridge starting to rise. The last thing I wanted was to have to remove the product from my display and have to hide it away in the cold room and loose the trade. So i called the refrigeration company that installed that equipment, and i was told that i would have to wait until monday for someone to come out and look at it which on opening weekend was not an option for me. As it was getting late in the day Friday afternoon at 5pm. I then decided to call Mark from NRG services to see if he could offer any advice or ideas to get me through the weekend.He didn't even hesitate and went to the next level, he came straight over from the office and started the diagnostic work and even worked out what was wrong without even having any tools. He then waited for another refrigeration mechanic Justin (who was also one of the refrigeration mechanics who installed my fridge and freezer rooms) to turn up with the tools to be able to do the work on the unit to fix the issue Justin who i later found out was already finished work for the day and was nearly home about 45 minutes away was very efficient he took directions from Mark and Both of them got things happening and soon found solution and soon had the equipment back up and running and enabling me to stock it back up and continue training on the Saturday morning the biggest day of my week. It was on the Saturday i was having problems with another unit installed by the other refrigeration company freezing products so i called Mark again and he gave me a solution over the phone to get the fridge running at a more suitable temperature he then offered to come out Sunday morning to go through the unit and make sure it was adjusted correctly and running well for me to start my week on them monday, which i was amazed someone who i would assume would be on a salary would do without hesitation. Since they have been to sight on the Sunday and adjusted all the refrigeration equipment on my sight it has been running very smoothly and just eased my mind knowing i have that back up and after sales support you just dont see any more.
