The FSD coaches are excellent at getting you to tap into your power during each lesson. I love the powerhouse duo of Lanky and Mandy as they complement each other's strengths in the class. I've been participating in their sessions since January 2024 and have gained tremendous confidence in my ability to defend myself. It is important to realise that self-defense is an essential skill to have in our country. Increasing your situational awareness will serve you well as you navigate this world. I'd definitely recommend these classes to anyone as you don't need to have any background knowledge to start. They meet you where you are and help you grow.

Being with FSD has been life changing, the coaches are gentle, Kind, and patient no matter what age or gender you may be. They help you and encourage you in more ways than one. They are there for you emotionally, physically, mentally and socially. I would 100% recommend FSD!
