anything meat. I grew up in a family owned meat market.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Ask questions and listen to them talk about their favorite foods. Everyone has an emotional connection to food. I want to find that emotion to create the perfect menu for your event.
What do you love most about your job?
The creativity. The food is a blank canvas. I want to make food that people will remember and so far that is working out.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always had the entrepreneurial spirit. Probably from watching my dad as a business owner.
