Zap Payroll was the answer to my prayers! Cheri, the owner, helped me through a very stressful time between transitioning my sole prop business to an S corp with regards to Payroll. Cheri answered every question and was on top of everything! She made the whole process so easy as I know it shouldn't have been if I used another payroll outfit. I was surprise how affordable it was and how much hand holding I got as this is my first venture outside of the already prepared payroll corporate world. If you are a small business owner with 1 or more employees you need to read this!!I own Island Print in Alameda. I was lucky enough to meet Cheri through our local business network. I went from 1 employee to 5 in a short amount of time. If you are anything like me you will know that paperwork is not our strong suit. Introducing Superhero Cheri. She has devoted her time to call me if payroll is due and I have not been on top of it. Cheri, helped me face to face and came in frequently to help me set things up. She is very patient and gives you all the information you need without overwhelming you. I am so excited to have her on my team! My own payroll person. I was using ADP in the past and loved their online forms and customer service but started noticing that they were pretty expensive. Cheri is more affordable and gives better service.
