I have been a client of Yum since its inception, and have easily had well over 100 meals that were prepared by Paige, both for just my consumption and for midsize (6-8) dinner parties.
Paige is a wonderfully talented and creative chef, able to work miracles in accordance with your diet and budget. Delicious homemade pastas. Steaks cooked to perfection. Beautiful charcuterie plates, fit for any occasion. Precisely-fabricated desserts that will leave your guests in awe. Simple comfort foods for when you want to be left alone. Just a salad? It will be the best salad you’ve ever had. Whatever you want, she can do it.
In person she is charming, courteous, and professional. She is an absolute delight and pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend her services any higher.

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
It all starts with the client. I take the time to really hone in on the likes and dislikes of my clients. From there, I build a menu that fits their preferences and taste.
What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love to provide delicious food to my clients. I love the positive feedback and the requests for repeated dishes. I enjoy creating special moments for others based around food and togetherness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I encouraged myself to make a bold decision. I decided I could either stay within the safety of the career I had as a teacher or I could branch out and create a new career based on what I really enjoy doing. I realized that I could pair my teaching skills with my love of food and present something that is a true reflection of me to my clients and the children I teach.

I am intuitive, communicative, knowledgeable and intent on making each of my clients feel special and taken care of. Going that extra mile and making the small details shine is a large part of the service my clients enjoy when working with me.
